Hospitality professionals will soon gather for the annual Foodservice Technology Conference (FSTEC),  where Mission Data is leading a breakout session on the newest tech coming to the industry. The conference takes place in Orlando, FL, from October 1-3, 2018.

The session, “Store of the Future: Beyond the Hype,” will be a lively discussion on Tuesday, October 2, on the emerging technologies that are transforming foodservice, from the Internet of Things to Big Data. Attendees will hear which employee-facing and customer-facing solutions are truly creating value for food retailers and restaurants. Alongside Mission Data CEO Stuart Gavurin, the panel will include Michael Zettler, Business & Partner Development, The Kroger Co., and Stephen Smittle, Chief Operating Officer of Gusto Farm to Street, a growing fast casual restaurant group, among other industry experts.

The latest version features a mobile app for Android to facilitate food safety line checks using a handheld thermometer. Designed for the foodservice industry, the OpSense platform can maximize productivity across operations, facilities, equipment, and workforce management.
